Booking :
The first night's deposit is required to secure your reservation...or credit card number will guarantee your room.

Cancellation Policy:
Once a booking has been made and security such as a credit card number or deposit has been given to reserve the room, then it means that we have a "confirmed reservation". Should you then wish to cancel or amend this reservation (for whatever reason) we will charge 10% of the total amount of the stay.

If you cancel within seven days from the morning of the arrival date we then reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the first night stay and for reservations during high season - such as Christmas, New Year, Easter etc, then we shall require 21 full days notice in writing from the morning of the arrival date. In the event of a "No show" the full amount shall be debited to your card.
