We received the following lovely letter from after their Charity Ball on the 9th of June 2007 where we donated the use of chair covers for the event.

Firstly we would like to say a big thank you!
The Friends Cancer Charity Ball raised well over £60,000 at the Apex Hotel, Dundee on Saturday June 9th with money still coming in and gift aid amounts to be confirmed, it is more than we could have dreamed of!
Although as a committee a huge amount of time and effort went into the organisation of the Ball, we would never have raised so much without the generous donation of your time and the gorgeous seat covers! We were absolutely delighted (and a bit overwhelmed) at what a big differenec the seat covers made to the room. It looked amazing! The seat covers were commented on by many of our guests so we hope some business comes your way because of it! We cannot thank you enough! Can you pass on our thanks to the girls who set the room up with you too!
So far some of the money we raised has already been put to use employing a financial and benefits advisor at the Maggie's centre in a permanent capacity. Her appointment book is already full up and her advice to the clients of Maggie's is invaluable.
We look forward to working with you in the future for this very worthwhile cause.
